Graphic Designer

Banff, Alberta

Full Time, $23-$25/hr

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves both design and hands-on work – someone who can take a concept from screen to reality and enjoys seeing their designs come to life as real-world signage.

What You’ll Do:

Graphic Design & Branding – Create eye-catching signage, branding, and logo designs that bring our clients’ ideas to life.
File Prep & Print Production – Set up files for printing, ensuring they’re optimized for production. Operate wide-format printers, plotters, and laminators.
Vinyl Work & Installation – Weed, mask, and apply vinyl to various substrates. Install flat signs and apply vehicle and window graphics.
Social Media & Web Assets – Design graphics for social media, website, and digital marketing materials.
Client Collaboration & Site Visits – Work with clients to develop designs, conduct site measurements, and prepare project estimates.
Shop & Equipment Maintenance – Help keep the workspace organized and ensure printers and plotters are in top working condition.

Who We’re Looking For

A strong design background – We’re looking for someone with a Graphic Design diploma and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, along with the creativity to bring ideas to life.
Experience in signage, printing, or vinyl installation is a bonus, but we’re happy to provide training for the right person.
Great attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Bonus points if you’re familiar with Flexi or sign production processes.
A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Sign Builder

Dead Man's Flats, Alberta

Part Time, $18/hr

We’re looking for a Part-Time Sign Builder to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable using a variety of tools. Whether you have experience or are willing to learn, you’ll be assisting in the building and installation of signs. You’ll spend your time working with tools like table saws, jointers, random orbitals, and drills, along with plenty of sanding and painting.

What You’ll Do:

Sign Building & Installation – Assist with the construction and installation of custom signage, ensuring every detail is spot on.
Tool Operation & Maintenance – Operate and maintain a variety of tools, from table saws and jointers to drills and sanders.
Sanding & Painting – Prepare signs for finishing, sanding and painting with precision to ensure the highest quality.
Working at Heights – Install signs on ladders. Comfort with working at heights is a must!
Team Collaboration – Work alongside our experienced team to get signs out the door and on display for our clients.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience with tools or a willingness to learn how to use them effectively.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
A comfortable attitude with working at heights for sign installations.
A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to take on a variety of tasks.
A quick learner who’s eager to pick up new skills and adapt to different tasks.
